Returns
We do not accept returns of cookies or other food products after delivery. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality for all customers.
Refunds and Replacements
A refund or replacement may be provided in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product is missing from the order.
- The product received is expired or unfit for consumption.
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Refund Process
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
